What You'll Do As a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Sustaining Engineering at Park Industries, you will: Sustaining Engineering: Lead efforts to improve, troubleshoot, and enhance existing products, ensuring they continue to meet high standards of quality and performance. Product Maintenance: Analyze and resolve issues related to product design, materials, and manufacturing processes to optimize product reliability and efficiency. Technical Support: Provide expert support to manufacturing, sales, and service teams, helping to resolve technical issues and improve product performance. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in existing products, focusing on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and increased customer satisfaction. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring that all changes and improvements meet regulatory and company standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service, to support product lifecycle management and sustainment activities. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Park Industries, you'll work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote work flexibility with onsite collaboration at our St. Cloud, MN office.
