Spee-Dee Delivery is looking for a motivated individual who is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting guests and applicants, and portraying a professional image to the general public. Hours and Wages: Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM Starting wage: $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience Duties and Responsibilities: Directs all incoming calls to the correct department or individual Greets and assists visitors and applicants in a professional and friendly manner Sorts and files various paperwork for departments Opens and closes front lobby Takes messages via paper or email for appropriate department or individual Updates phone directory Assists with other projects as needed Experience and Qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent required Clerical or administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and handle a large call volume Work requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and answering the phone Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) plan, Quarterly Bonuses, and more.
