About the Role: We are seeking a part-time LPN that is highly skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team at Talamore Senior Living in St. Cloud. 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. - 1 Day per week / Every other weekend / Every other Holiday As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor vital signs. Your attention to detail and compassionate nature will be essential in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Minimum Qualifications: Active LPN license in the state of TALAM Experience working in a senior living or long-term care setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Experience working with residents with dementia or Alzheimer's Ability to speak multiple languages Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record vital signs and medical information Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Skills: As an LPN at Talamore Senior Living, you will utilize your strong clinical skills and attention to detail to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor vital signs. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building relationships with our residents and their families. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Finally, your strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
