Overview To support our 135+ Coborn's Inc. locations, we are looking for an established IT Manager, like you, to bring in new ideas, a creative leadership style, and technical expertise to help our stores be successful! Our IT Manager will partner with several areas of the business including operations, digital marketing, finance, and merchandising, to ensure our technology solutions meet our business needs, especially as we continue to grow! You will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of front-end systems that support our Coborn's Inc. retail operations! Requirements Additional Duties Include: System & Data Management Oversee the day-to-day operation of the retail front-end systems, ensuring their reliability, accuracy, and efficiency across all retail locations. Ensure the accurate and secure data transmission from the front-end systems to the back-office systems, supporting financial reporting, sales analysis, and inventory tracking. Ensure system uptime, data integrity, and optimal performance standards through data analytics that include generating reports on system performance, transactional data, uptime, and any issues or incidents that require attention. Monitor the system infrastructure, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly to minimize in-store disruptions. Manage software updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring compatibility with retail operations. Manage and coordinate the ordering and installation of front-end IT systems for new construction, remodels, and acquisitions. Project Management Lead IT projects related to the implementation of systems, upgrades, and integration of retail systems. Collaborate with retail operations and other departments to define project scope, gather requirements, and establish timelines and deliverables, ensuring the new system aligns with business needs. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage the third-party vendors and technology partner relationships to implement integrations with other applicable systems. System Security & Compliance Work closely with the IT security team to ensure the systems meet all security and compliance requirements, including PCI and data privacy regulations. Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive customer information and transaction data and prevent unauthorized access. Monitor potential security threats and implement safeguards to prevent data breaches or fraud. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance. Develop and implement data backup and recovery plans for front-end systems. Planning and Solution Support Manage relationships with software and hardware ven ors, and negotiate contracts, and service-level agreements. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the guest experience through technology including continually evaluating and recommending new retail technology processes and solutions to drive efficiencies and innovation. Create and manage budgets for retail technology initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Oversee the Data Center Help Desk team and ensure the team's timely response to incidents and tickets that occur. Communicate necessary outages and issues to the organization. Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training manuals for support of all front-end retail systems. Team Leadership & Development Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals and support staff, providing training, mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the IT team and across the organization.
