The Clinical Director is responsible to provide consultation to the Licensed Therapists, supervision to the Clinical Trainees, Mental Health Practitioners, and Interns, and maintain clinical files for Hope and the Behavioral Health Clinic. Major Job Responsibilities: The Clinical Director is responsible to provide consultation to the Licensed Therapists and supervision to the Clinical Trainees and Interns. Provides supervision/clinical oversight to Licensed Therapists, Psychologists, Clinical Trainees, and Interns. This position conducts regular supervisory sessions with staff for coaching and clinical consultation related to clients and performance.
