Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you'll play a crucial role in assembling low and medium voltage electrical switchgear cabinets. You'll work with blueprints and work orders, gather materials, and use hand and power tools to ensure high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Interpret assembly and elevation drawings
Construct modular steel cabinets and copper bus assemblies
Read and measure accurately with a tape measure
Use manual hand tools (wrench, screwdriver, pliers)
Operate power tools (drill, impact, pneumatic torque wrench)
Essential Skills:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mechanical Assembler, Machine Builder, or Automotive Mechanic in a job shop environment
Knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics
Proficiency with shop equipment and hand tools
Ability to perform basic math functions, including fractions and decimals
Fluency in English for reading, writing, and conversing
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Technical School preferred but not required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
