Job Title: Evening Client Care Advisor (Veterinary Receptionist)
Salary: £24,045.00 per annum (Prorated: £9,016.88)
Location: Greenside Veterinary Practice, Melrose
Job Type: Permanent, Part-time
Hours: 15 Hours per week, Monday to Friday: 4.30 -19.30 at our St Boswells practice
An exciting opportunity has opened at Greenside Veterinary Practice for a part-time Client Care Advisor to join our fantastic front-of-house team!
We are seeking candidates who are friendly, customer-focused and confident in a busy environment.
The position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
Welcoming and registering new customers.
Booking in customers and making sure they receive gold standard care
Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries
Managing customer expectations regarding wait time.
Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
Taking payments
Promoting offers and services
Help to ease any concerns or anxieties that clients may have.
Experience required
Must have previous customer-facing experience.
Strong administration and organisation skills.
Confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure.
Confident using the telephone.
Reception or Client Care experience is desirable.
Sound literacy and numeracy skills
