Site Coordinator ICS Assessments
Primary Place of Performance: Springfield, VA
Mandatory Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI Clearance
Years of Experience: Mid Level (3-5+ Years)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Site Coordinator to manage and facilitate Industrial Control Systems (ICS) assessments for US Army installations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between assessment teams, Army personnel, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of critical infrastructure security evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience working and coordinating Cyber or ICS/OT/SCADA projects.
Project coordination and site management in DOD or Government environments.
Understanding of ICS and cybersecurity concepts.
Familiarity with DOD organizational structure and protocol.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Experience conducting high level meetings and daily interactions.
Capable to operate independently.
Familiarity with FAR and DFARS clauses related to cybersecurity.
Capability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prior DOD experience, especially in roles related to critical infrastructure or cybersecurity.
Duties to Include but not limited to:
Coordinate and schedule ICS assessments across various DOD installations.
Liaise between ICS Program Manager, assessment teams, and customer personnel.
Manage logistics for on-site assessments, including customer notifications, travel arrangements, access requests, and equipment requirements.
Ensure compliance with DOD security protocols and assessment procedures.
Prepare and distribute assessment schedules, agendas, and relevant documentation.
Facilitate pre-assessment briefings and post-assessment debriefs.
Track assessment progress and maintain detailed records of activities and findings.
Coordinate the collection and secure handling of sensitive assessment data.
Assist in the preparation of assessment reports and presentations for customer leadership.
Manage administrative difficulties that arise during the assessment process.
Travel: Up to 30-50% travel required and the ability to travel on short notice.
Required Education and Experience:
Preferred to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of direct related cyber security or ICS/OT/SCADA cyber security operational experience may be substituted.
Required Minimum Active DOD TS/SCI Clearance.
US citizenship and ability to pass extensive background checks.
Preferred Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP)
ICS Specific Certifications such as GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.
Cyber Related Certifications such as Sec+, CISSP, etc.
