Job Description:

HOW A SUPPLY TECHNICIAN WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

● Responsibilities will include inventory management, asset tracking, and concurring on the procurement or leasing of vehicles worldwide

● Authorize/confirm on Sponsor's behalf which vehicles GSA will order and assist in publishing Sponsor policy and guidance regarding the management of motor vehicles

● Assist office in maintaining auditability of accountable property, will help develop metrics, maintain compliance reports, sending notifications, develop/maintain/update SOP's

● Ability to use good judgment and personal initiative in recognizing appropriate action to be taken for completion of tasks is a must

● Must be able to understand and follow Sponsor's unique processes and procedures to ensure appropriate communications with GSA representative

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: High School Diploma/GED

● Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience

● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

● Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to learn the Sponsor's logistic system

● Location: Springfield, Virginia

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $32.30 - $43.70. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
