Description

Bridget Killen at Robert Half is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager in Springfield, OR. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing various human resources functions to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment processes to attract top-tier talent

• Foster a positive organizational culture to enhance employee engagement

• Ensure compliance with labor laws to maintain a lawful working environment

• Manage employee relations for a harmonious workplace

• Oversee performance management to ensure employees meet their targets and objectives

• Use HR analytics to make informed decisions and strategies

• Oversee benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction

• Maintain effective communication within the organization

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

• Manage hiring processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in human resource management

• Familiarity with HCM (Human Capital Management) to manage employee data and optimize workforce efficiency

• Proficient in benefit functions, ensuring employee benefits are managed effectively and in compliance with regulations

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise interaction with employees at all levels

• Strong knowledge of compliance norms and regulations within the apparel manufacturing industry

• Proven experience in handling employee relations, resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment

• Extensive knowledge and experience in hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
