POSITION TITLE: Team Leader -- Konecranes Hoist Americas (KHA)
LOCATION: Springfield, OHIO

**Vacation: 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year depending on start date). 5-12 years of service, 3 weeks. 13+ years of service, 4 weeks.

**Summary:
Team Leader manages the daily workflows, motivates, and inspires the team members. Lead by setting good example and engage the team to achieve department goals. Position Duties and Responsibilities • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture • Set clear team goals • Delegate tasks and set deadlines • Oversee day-to-day operation • Monitor team performance and report on metrics • Motivate team members • Discover training needs and provide coaching • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts • Encourage creativity and risk-taking • Suggest and organize team building activities • Act as primary link between staff and management. • Provide guidance and instruction to the shipping team. • Communicates any issues with upper management. • Ensure finished product inventory is handled and distributed efficiently • Ensure compliance with the companies Policies and Procedures, Code of Ethics, Values and adherence to relevant laws and regulations • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
