CNC Machine Operator Set Up
1st Shift Up to 50 hours a week
*$17-$20 Per Hour based on experience *F869
A family-owned and operated machine shop in Springfield, OH needs a first-shift CNC Machinist. The employer is a small, stable company known for competitive pay and low turnover.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC mills or lathes
- Work with machine precision parts with tight tolerances
- Perform change-overs in a shift as needed
Skills & Experience:
- 3 or more years in a machining environment
- At least 1 year of doing your own setups
- Proficient with conversational controls OR experienced with Fanuc and willing to learn
- Ability to do own setups
- Strong math and analytical abilities
- Job shop background preferred
