We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our VP & President of Complementary Solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and communication within the complementary solutions team and across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

This position may be worked remotely from our Springfield, MO, Allen, TX or Louisville, KY office location and may require up to 15% travel for business meetings or conferences.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinates schedules, makes appointments and establishes agendas. Arranges and coordinates all business travel.

  • Interprets and communicates the Executive’s intent on their behalf. Assists in every way possible to allow the Executive to focus on more global needs.

  • Handles confidential material relevant to company operations.

  • Coordinates division and department meetings; arranges use of conference rooms or outside facilities.

  • Collaborates with various staff and departments in preparing special projects.

  • Serves as a contact to people inside and outside the company.

  • Acts as a communication channel for receiving and distributing corporate information.

  • Promotes a positive atmosphere and work environment in the department.

  • Aggressively pursues key responsibilities and objectives.

  • May conduct various analytical special projects, especially involving budgets and preparations for Board and senior management meetings.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

    What you’ll need to have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Must have previous executive administrative assistant experience.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and decision-making skills.

  • Able to maintain a competent, professional manner even during times of stress and exhibit a leadership role.

  • Able to pay very close attention to detail and handle multiple tasks and multiple managers.

  • Able to work with confidential materials and employee information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Able to type accurately and efficiently.
