Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and provide information about products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, char, or phone.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist customer with product-related questions and technical issues.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Experience:
- Proficient in time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with phone systems and receptionist duties is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and computer literacy is preferred.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in customer support roles is beneficial.
