The Supervisor II provides, oversees, manages, and maintains overall program quality and best practices within the Therapeutic Mentoring Program. The Supervisor II provides ongoing clinical and administrative supervision to Therapeutic Mentors. Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Therapeutic Mentor program with the following: Providing ongoing individual clinical and administrative supervision to Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) staff. Ensuring that TM staff follow program specifications in the delivery of services. Monitoring the productivity and paperwork compliance of supervisees. Working with the program director to develop, implement, and modify program procedures as needed to maximize the effectiveness of services to children and families. Participating in the development and facilitation of regular TM team meetings. Ensuring high level clinically appropriate care is provided to all program participants. Supporting with intern and practicum training in the program Who are we? Therapeutic Mentoring Program In the Therapeutic Mentoring program at BHN, caring mentors dedicate their time on-on-one with a child or youth to work on building a variety of life skills in the community. Therapeutic Mentoring is a time-limited and targeted service intended to support other services already in place for the children served. What are we looking for in a Therapeutic Mentor Supervisor II? Qualifications/ Requirements Master\'s Degree required. At least two years\' experience working with children and families, preferably in a community-based delivery model. Licensure in a behavioral health field required (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist) Training in child/adolescent issues, child-serving agencies (e.g., DYS, DCF, DMH, DDS, DESE), mental health, family-centered treatment, strengths-based interventions, and Wraparound planning process consistent with Systems of Care Familiarity with the CBHI service array and with the parameters and delivery of the Therapeutic Mentoring service in particular Supervisory experience preferred.
