Taxland Tax Intern in Springfield, Massachusetts
Tax Intern Ware currently looking for interns to join us during the spring for tax season! No previous experience is necessary. While working with us you will gain knowledge on the different roles in our office such as a tax preparer and an administrative assistant. This position is good for someone that is friendly, professional, motivated, and has an interest in learning more about finance and accounting. Interns will be expected to work a minimum of 10-12 hours per week. As an administrative assistant you will be expected to greet clients and help with onboarding paperwork, as well as schedule meetings and answer phone calls. As a tax preparer you would start behind the scenes by preparing returns with an experienced tax preparer, then shadow with us during client meetings , and eventually work your way up to meeting with clients to prepare their tax returns. Beginning of January 2025 - April 15th 2025 Monday thru Friday
