Baystate Health Spiritual Care Counselor in Springfield, Massachusetts
Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Home Health and Hospice is looking for a Spiritual Care Counselor to join the visiting hospice team!
The Spiritual Care Counselor provides spiritual support to patients and families consistent with beliefs of the patient. They serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team to develop the plan of care and act as a liaison between the community religious affiliations and the hospice program.

SCHEDULE:
24 hour position – we are looking for this person to work
(4) 6-hour days
Hours are 8 am – 2:30

QUALIFICATIONS:
Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required. * Able to obtain once offer is accepted
Education: Diploma in Nursing
