Robert Half Property Administrator in Springfield, Massachusetts

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator in Springfield, Massachusetts. As a member of our team, your primary focus will be on managing real estate transactions, scheduling appointments, supporting marketing efforts, providing excellent client service, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promptly complete paperwork for real estate transactions to ensure quick closings

• Monitor transaction deadlines and provide necessary notices to relevant parties

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage tax withholdings

• Schedule appointments including open houses and final walkthroughs

• Coordinate property showings and other essential meetings

• Create marketing materials to enhance our brand

• Assist with community outreach events to improve our local standing

• Deliver excellent customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders

• Maintain positive client relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

• Organize files, manage inventories, and compile reports related to real estate transactions

• Participate in training sessions to enhance administrative skills within the real estate industry

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook for various administrative tasks

• Handle Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Correspondence, Documentation, and Insurance related tasks

• Utilize Spanish Language skills, when necessary, to communicate with clients and stakeholders. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions and manage Accounts Payable (AP)

• Demonstrated experience in handling Correspondence and Documentation

• Understanding of Insurance principles and practices

• Fluency or proficiency in Spanish Language

• Prior experience in a Property Administrator role or similar is preferable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferable.
