Program Supervisor - Springfield Job Category: First/Mid Level Mgmt Requisition Number: PROGR005723 Full-Time Corporate Office Springfield, MA 01108, USA Job Details The Program Supervisor assists the Program Manager with the oversight of their assigned group home. In this case, the position is at a co-located program for a Community Treatment Residence and a Youth & Young Adult Group Residence. This site works with adolescent males ages16-21. The youth we service are referred by the Department of Children and Families (DCF). The youth referred to the program will have complex mental health, medical, cognitive and behavioral challenges.
