Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are currently hiring CNC Machinists for both our day and overnight shifts. In this role, you will serve the aerospace and medical industries. Daily responsibilities include performing setups, running and troubleshooting machinery, holding tight tolerances, and performing inspections on all products. You must have strong skillsets and at least two years of experience with CNC Milling or Lathes. You will be responsible for performing very complex work, wearing many hats in our facility, and consistently communicating with our engineering team. You will also be expected to complete paperwork, maintain safety regulations, and report defective materials or processes. Expect exposure to small to medium-sized aerospace components and be open to adjusting to our customers' demands.
Responsibilities
Perform setups and run CNC machinery
Troubleshoot machinery issues
Hold tight tolerances (+/- thousandths of an inch)
Inspect all products
Communicate consistently with the engineering team
Complete necessary paperwork
Maintain safety regulations
Report defective materials or processes
Adjust to customer demands
Essential Skills
Experience running and setting up CNC Mill or Lathe
Experience with Swiss Machinery is a huge plus
Ability to hold very tight tolerances
Experience troubleshooting machinery
Experience working with aluminum or stainless steel
Minimum of 2+ years of CNC experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with micrometers and calipers
Experience with inspection procedures
Ability to perform light edits and zero out a machine
ITAR compliance

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00
