Position may also include providing clinical supervision/support to additional programs/clinician staff within AFS such as nurses and/or occupational therapists. Duties and Responsibilities: Establish clinical goals and objectives for residential treatment programs. To ensure referral and intake process runs efficiently in conjunction with Program Administration. To implement and evaluate the Program goals, including an annual report of accomplishments against objectives planned. Hires staff subject to the approval of the Director of Adolescent and Family services. Train, supervise and evaluate the clinical staff of various programs. Provide Individual, Family and Group Therapy as needed and required. To ensure client care and safety through policy assessment and development. To provide supervision to program administration re: crisis intervention Minimum Qualifications: Masters Degree in relevant field Must posses an appropriate social work licensure (i.e LMHC; LICSW; LMFT; LADC I)
