Assistant Program Manager Job Category: First/Mid Level Mgmt Requisition Number: ASSIS005567 Full-Time Adult Mental Health - Springfield Springfield, MA 01109, USA Job Details CHD is seeking a team-oriented individual for our community based mental health program (ACCS) for the role of Assistant Program Manager. The multidisciplinary outreach team provides services to persons served in need of psychiatric services living independently in the community. This is an exciting opportunity for clinicians seeking to move into a supervisory role within the mental health field. The Assistant Program Manager supervises direct care staff, program supervisors and the housing coordinator. Personality traits should include: high energy level; self-initiated, task-oriented, detail-oriented and accurate; organized, efficient, flexible, dependable open, direct interpersonal style; works well as a team member.
