Position Highlights:

Collaborate directly with the Administrator, Director of Nursing (DON), and department managers to coordinate, plan, and train our nursing team while evaluating infection prevention and control practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Nursing Leadership: Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines governing long-term care facilities.

Safety and Quality Assurance: Partner with the Director of Nursing to identify, evaluate, and classify routine and job-related functions, upholding rigorous standards of safety and infection control.

Continuous Learning: Embrace additional responsibilities as assigned, fostering a dynamic and adaptable work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Possess an active, unencumbered State RN License.

  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19, in accordance with MA state regulations.

  • CPR Certification.

  • A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in long-term care/skilled nursing facilities.

  • A minimum of six (6) months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
