The Office of Public Utilities, Finance Division is seeking an individual to perform routine and complex accounting work for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. Specific areas of responsibility include accounting for cash and investment activity, reviewing and filing State taxes, and preparing financial statements to properly present a fair and accurate representation of the utility\'s financial position. Prepare and enter accounting documents into the financial system. Maintain utility cash and investment ledger records. Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements. Prepares monthly financial statements for internal review. Prepares and submits bond account details.
