Position Summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our Aetna Digital product team. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of innovative digital products that enhance and simplify the healthcare experience for our members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to create solutions that align with our mission to deliver superior and connected experiences, lower the cost of care, and improve the health and well-being of those we serve.

Key responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your portfolio of digital health insurance products. Align your product goals with organizational objectives and customer needs. Define requirements clearly and communicate to team members.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architecture, design, content, engineering, legal, compliance, and analytics teams to develop and launch high-quality digital products. Create, optimize, and implement processes for working together more efficiently.

  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for the user by integrating customer feedback, usability testing, and market research into product development. Ensure products meet the needs of diverse user groups and accessibility standards.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics and user data to identify trends, inform product decisions, and optimize product features. Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs and measure success.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Manage expectations and solicit feedback to ensure alignment across the organization.

  • Problem Resolution: Roll up your sleeves and guide teams to resolve business, design, and engineering problems quickly and efficiently.

  • Agile Methodology: Lead agile epic and feature development and refinement processes, including PI planning, backlog management, and prioritization of features.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies for your subject areas. Leverage insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of digital product management experience, preferably in healthcare. Proven track record of launching successful digital solutions and consumer facing digital products.

  • Skills: Strong understanding and intuition for product management principles and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and user research methods.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.

  • Passion for Healthcare: A genuine interest in improving healthcare access and outcomes through technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models into digital products to accelerate the development process or improve member experiences.

  • Experience creating consumer-facing digital products for iOS, Android and web.

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (highschool plus 4 years of relavent work experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118,450.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
