- Under direction, the Print Center Administrative Specialist for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT):
- Serves as designated lead worker:
- Investigates and resolves complex printing errors
- Controls and organizes inventory
- Reviews new production forms prior to being moved into the Xerox High Speed printing system libraries and ensures proper backup and restore procedures are followed by lower-level staff
- Performs functions in the absence of the shift supervisor, assigns and reviews work; provides guidance and training; reassigns staff to meet operating needs
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
