Job Description
This Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Functional Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Oracle HCM Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. This HCM Senior Consultant will lead the implementation of their respective HCM module by providing consulting and product expertise during their engagements. This Senior Consultant will work with their clients to understand their business processes and drive adoption of Oracle’s modern best practices processes.

Responsibilities
Lead business process workshops and advise client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud solution
Lead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of proposed solution
Understand Oracle’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements
Configure the Oracle HCM solution
Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution
Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover and post go live
Supporting the client with any data migration efforts
Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
Complete the client work on time and on budget
Regularly mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting / Onboarding solutions; to qualify for this role your experience will include a minimum of one (1) full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting/Onboarding, in addition to:
6+ years implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, ideally Oracle HCM
Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
Experience in implementing Recruiting SaaS applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus
Ability to travel up to 70%-80% of the time, as needed

US: Hiring Range: from $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
