This position serves as the Functional Expert Organization & Compensation Management, serving as the leading authority on all Organizational and Compensation Management functional issues including design and key foundation data for organizational structure and position management. In this role you will collaborate with ERP HCM leadership to coordinate and control implementation of the Organization and Compensation Management within the ERP HCM program and recommend program enhancements and system modifications. In addition, you will possess the Functional Expert role for Organization and Compensation Management in the operational steady state organization.
Essential Functions
- Subject to management approval, serves as the Functional Expert - Organization & Compensation Management, operating as the leading authority on all Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Organization and Compensation Management functional issues including design, transition, compilation, and maintenance of key data for organizational structure and position management for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT).
- Collaborates with ERP HCM Program leadership to coordinate and control the implementation of Organization and Compensation Management within the ERP HCM Program.
- Serves as a member of the ERP HCM Program team in steady state operations and possesses the Functional Expert role for Organization and Compensation Management in the operational steady state organization.
- Actively engages in ongoing professional progress related to new developments in SuccessFactors software by continuing education through meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors, techniques, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
