This position serves as the Testing Lead for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) in developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. In this role, you will review, modify, and implement ERP Program testing plans. In addition, you will serve as a project leader of various agency subject matter experts (SMEs) in ensuring project components align.
Essential Functions
- Subject to management approval, serves as the Testing Lead for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program.
- Oversees the concurrent testing process for pilot implementation in both state agencies and Constitutional offices in directing and coordinating all subject matter experts (SME) assigned to test the functionality of the ERP Program.
- Performs highly complex and specialized studies for program testing components and interprets the findings.
- Serves as a spokesperson on matters associated with the testing of the ERP Program.
- Serves as a project leader directing, coordinating and reviewing the activities of assigned staff and agency subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure project components align.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in the Information Technology field by continuing education through meetings, training sessions, seminars, and conferences to increase familiarity with and remain current on products, vendors, techniques, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
