Our Onsite Staffing Vendor Manager is accountable for:

• Must have 3-5 years recruiting in a high volume, high turnover environment.

• Perform consultation call with hiring managers to assess needs and best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent.

• Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions. Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues. Escalate as appropriate.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in high volume recruiting environments, including light industrial, manufacturing, and production.

• Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers.

• Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer services skills.

• Technology savvy, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.

Position is hybrid, onsite in Lake County, IL two times per month.

Salary Range - $51,300 to $65,000
