DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Planner/Scheduler, Supply Chain you will manage production scheduling activities for complex situations in an organization. You will also develop the production schedule plan considering all aspects of production include low-cost, and effectiveness.
You will be onsite at PPG's Springdale, PA plant and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. PPG offers excellent Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits; matching 401k + retirement savings; and Paid Vacation, Holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities * Independent contributor with expert knowledge * Execute specialized projects and think outside normal approaches to develop solutions * Sources, orders, supplies, and delivers raw materials, component parts, and finished goods * Manage scheduling, buyer analyses, order management, inventory management, and production scheduling
Qualifications : * Minimum of Bachelor's Degree * 2-4 years' Supply Chain experience.
