SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Warehouse/Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the warehouse and facility, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe processes. This role involves coordinating logistics, inventory management, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The coordinator will collaborate with various departments to support operational goals and improve overall efficiency.

Maintain warehouse in a clean and orderly condition to meet safety requirements.
Accept deliveries and route items to recipients.
Manage material handling and storage for jobs.
Load and unload trucks, operating forklift and material handling equipment as needed. Assist technicians in loading and unloading trucks for service department.
Coordinate with external facility service companies such as: waste management, recycling, pest control, electricians, plumbers, fire extinguisher service, etc. to ensure facility needs are met.
Assist in the set up of meeting rooms for functions, coordinated through Marketing or Human Resources.
Maintain exterior loading dock areas to ensure debris and litter does not accumulate.
Keep the parking lot free of trash, scrap, etc.
Repair shop equipment and maintain in operating order.
Keep inventory of spare equipment and supplies located in the warehouse.
Remove waste and trash from warehouse and dispose in external waste dumpsters as needed to eliminate interior accumulation.
Assist with fleet management.
Organize and maintain shop tools and keep track of usage. Assist with testing and clean up after tools and supplies are used and/or moved.
Clean and maintain storage areas above office space.
Maintain and change filters in all AC units
Keep rear parking lot free of trash, scrap, etc.
Perform minor facility maintenance & repairs as needed.
Ensure cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. are stocked as necessary (i.e. Sam’s Club shopping, janitorial supply orders, etc.).
Make deliveries and run errands for office as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school or GED required as well as 1 year of related experience.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
State driver’s license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
HazMat endorsement
