Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of the recruitment process. This role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates. This role serves as a crucial partner to designated plant locations, contributing to the achievement of departmental goals and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview schedules, and recruitment metrics.

  • Job Postings: Assist in creating and posting job opportunities within company ATS platforms.

  • Screening: Conduct initial resume /application profile screenings to identify qualified candidates for open positions.

  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of offer letters and coordination of pre-employment checks.

  • Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment reports to maintain or track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with peers of Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associates or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Must have experience using Microsoft Software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
    • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role is preferred.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attributes:

    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.
    • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
