Job Details:

Lead and direct team(s) of IT professionals and service providers in the delivery of security solutions. Manage the technical environments for multiple areas within the cyber security department and attain all IT service level measures for the scope of responsibility. Plan, coordinate, direct, and design operational activities for the scope of the organization. Collaborate with other groups across the organization to recommend, develop and implement cost effective solutions that meet or exceed the defined requirements. Understand and ensure compliance to IT standards and methodologies supporting the organization. Develop business relationships in alignment with strategy and objectives. Achieve system and service availability metrics. Achieve financial objectives and key performance metrics. Provide cyber security services for global solutions and technology projects. Develop business relationships in alignment with strategy and objectives. Build and maintain key controls, processes, procedures, and policies. Develop and manage technology lifecycle and maintenance related standards and architecture. Develop qualified and effective team members in all positions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber-Security Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Technology Studies, Data Science, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field, and 8 years of experience in the delivery of cybersecurity services.

Must have:

• 6 years\' experience managing cybersecurity governance processes and technical execution of a cybersecurity program including the utilization of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration and Automated Response (SOAR), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), eDiscovery, Forensics, and Active Directory;
• 8 years\' experience supporting and managing international IT/IS teams in the cybersecurity field;
• 6 years\' experience with incident response, data security, and security operations management; and
• 6 years\' experience overseeing the delivery of an outsourced cybersecurity or IT program.
