Overview
We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team in NW Arkansas. This role will report to our Operations Director and will make an immediate impact on our growing team and have a ton of growth opportunity. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in our Springdale office.
Responsibilities
Accurately and proactively outline scope and timing of hard cost projects based on client briefings and in partnership with PL
Holistically own payment only jobs
Generate client-facing hard cost estimate and SOW documents for Hard Cost projects
Process client PO and/or financial approval within system and with PL upon receipt
Issue vendor PO’s to PL-owned vendors (e.g. stock photography, photography, etc.)
Initiate new vendor set-up process for PL-owned vendors
Monitor and maintain PO accruals for Finance
Review and process PL-owned vendor invoices upon receipt
Holistically own assigned team’s financial management, demonstrating complete understanding internal and client billing processes (including varying client billing requirements and implications)
Actively and regularly monitor scope of work and quote vs actuals to identify potential needs for a change order, presenting to PL for action
Collaborate with PL on follow-ups for monthly billing worksheets
Own billing packet compilation, review, and verification for assigned businesses
Process billing packets/client invoices with respective clients
Understand and follow all client/business stewardship requirements for assigned books of business
Proactively drive the client billing process, ensuring that client financial and stewardship requirements are met and all qualifying billings are processed in full, on a monthly basis
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in project management, finance, or a similar role
Demonstrate excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Possess strong process and operational attributes
Ability to hold others accountable (cross-functionally)
Demonstrates mastery in entire Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Word, etc.)
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
Ability to provide clear direction & feedback to PC’s or new hires
Ability to positively influence, inspire and lead others cross-functionally

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $74,860 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
