Emerging Technology SCRUM Master, Project Manager and Analyst is responsible for the following:

• Running all SCRUM ceremonies for the team: Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective
• Analyze demand for Emerging Technology Team, facilitate and contribute to the creation of opportunity Narratives and PRFAQ documents that capture and document business opportunities and technical approach to projects
• Analyze, make recommendations for, and execute on team process improvements
• Facilitate team project management and Plan of Record process with respect to the greater Technology organization
• Facilitate team project review weekly meetings, organization wide quarterly updates, and the monthly Emerging Tech forum meetings
• Stay current on Emerging Technology Trends
• Learn and understand all aspects of Tyson Foods\' business and identify opportunities for application of Emerging Technology
• Communicate team project initiatives, statuses, and outcomes

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science related field. Master\'s degree preferred
• Experience: 1-year minimum experience is preferred
• Skills: Analytical, SCRUM knowledge and experience, project management experience. Working knowledge of plan of record project management tool such as MS Project, Planisware, or similar. Working knowledge of Agile project management and ticketing system such as GitHub, GitLab, JIRA, or similar. Ability to produce quality visuals and presentations for project status reporting
• Communication: Effective and efficient communication with management and senior leadership teams
• Location: Springdale, Arkansas (onsite)
