ManpowerGroup Mailroom Clerk in Spring Valley, New York
Our client, a dynamic organization in the logistics sector, is seeking a Mailroom Clerk to join their team. As a Mailroom Clerk, you will be part of the operations supporting efficient mail processing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mailroom Clerk
Location: Spring Valley, NY
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Shift: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-2pm
What's the Job?
Ensure the timely processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
Manage the Printout email inbox, printing appeals, medical record requests, and other outgoing items for insurance companies.
Sort incoming mail and scan it to the appropriate person or entity.
Prepare documents and items for shipping, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
Weigh mail and calculate the correct postage for outgoing items.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in mail processing.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Basic computer skills for managing email and scanning documents.
Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
