HP Inc. Strategic Talent Sourcer in Spring, Texas

Join our team at HP as a Strategic Talent Sourcer and play a pivotal role in executing our recruiting and sourcing strategies. In this position, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to assess talent requirements and develop innovative sourcing solutions to attract top talent. With a focus on diversity, you will identify the right skills and quantity of talent to achieve our staffing objectives. This role requires high-level communication skills to collaborate with business leaders.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within various organizations at HP and developing relationships with key leaders at the top of a business unit.

  • Consulting with managers and HR Business Partners on the hiring process to develop a strategic sourcing plan that ensures successful recruitment of quality candidates, encompassing a diverse candidate pool.

  • Understanding the business, culture, processes, and key people involved in the hiring process.

  • Driving greater career movements across HP by proactively sourcing from the internal talent pool.

  • Maximizing the usage of internal and external referrals to support strategic business recruitment needs, reducing time and cost to hire while increasing the quality of candidates and employee engagement.

  • Using advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy.

  • Sourcing and screening with a focus on diversity hiring.

  • Developing pipelines for future openings.

  • Proactively targeting passive talent that is not easily filled with traditional recruiting methods.

  • Developing and maintaining effective networks to maximize visibility and attract top-quality candidates.

  • Effectively selling the HP value proposition to candidates.

  • Lead sourcing projects for multiple positions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruiting and predominately sourcing.

  • A first-level university degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency in using social networking tools for recruitment, such as LinkedIn, Seekout, and 8Fold.

  • Experience in sourcing highly technical niche roles, including those in the field of AI.

  • A proven track record of success in sourcing top technical talent.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Ability to leverage and develop reporting with a variety of data tools, including Talent Neuron, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Sharepoint, Excel.
