Job Summary
As the Director of L2C Strategy & Planning, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the L2C strategic framework, including our Program Mgmt Office, Planning (incl. LTP, Budget and Innovation), Performance Mgmt & KPI's (incl. industry Benchmarking) and our Process and Program Mgmt operating model.
You will also drive our Strategy development, cascading our L2C vision into a cohesive team-level strategy, aligning cross-functional leaders and building it into our joint plan of action.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the Lead 2 Cash strategy , ensuring alignment with overall business objectives; including annual LTP
Translate high-level vision into actionable plans and initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment
Manage budget allocation and financial forecasting for Lead 2 Cash initiatives, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost optimization.
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the impact of strategic decisions on L2C business case and drive informed recommendations; monitor financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities for course correction.
Establish and lead a Project Management Office (PMO) strategic framework to oversee the execution across all Lead 2 Cash initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables; monitor project plans and ensure effective resource allocation, driving project success and mitigating risks.
Define key metrics and performance indicators to measure not only the effectiveness of Lead to Cash initiatives as well as financial targets, goals, and business insights on results and outcomes; managing L2C scorecards & dashboards , incl. narratives & action plans
Facilitate strategic reviews and planning sessions with senior leadership, synthesizing insights and driving action-oriented outcomes.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and engagement , serving as a liaison between different departments and teams
Implement Innovation framework to continuously push the art of the possible, incl. external industry benchmarking and liaison
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in management consulting, corporate strategy, Sales / Finance / Supply Chain operations leadership, Digital Transformation or a related field.
Experienced in managing enterprise-wide x-functional transformations
Broad operational experience (preferably Sales, Finance or Supply Chain Operations), ideally supporting Software, Services and / or Customer & Partner facing

Strategic Planning & Implementation - development of strategic plans that reflect the program vision and business case
Budget Management & Cost Optimization - managing x-functional transformation program budget and establishing program choice points across multiple funding mechanisms
Program Portfolio Mgmt - managing / coordinating a large portfolio of projects; ensuring an aligned execution plan using / fostering latest agile methodologies
Innovation Framework - drive towards innovative solution to problems, incl. structured approach to managing innovation
Vertical and Horizontal Industry Acumen - profound understanding of business dynamics Pan-HP tools and processes, as a basis for informed business decision making; specific focus on services, software and operations
Execution Management - Collaborates effectively with HP BUs and value chain partners to ensure operational responsiveness to challenges, and alignment with business imperatives. Acts decisively once decision is taken.
Change Managemen t - Acts as an advocate for innovation and change across the organization; familiar with change behavior & MoC frameworks
Digital Platforms & Digital Transformation - basic understanding of digital platforms & industry trends; incl. AI/ML as powerful tools to drive operational efficiency
Data & Analytics - data / tech savvy to utilize latest data & analytics technologies to drive program direction and performance mgmt
Problem Solving - Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.
Leadership - Able to lead effectively in a complex and political environment and deliver results; Able to influence without direct authority; Able to balance between competing priorities and be flexible and creative.
