Insight Global Cyber Security Program Manager in Spring, Texas
Job Description
A global maritime and classification company is seeking a Cyber Security Program Manager to join their Cyber Security team in the Spring, TX area. This person will work very closely with the Chief Information Security Officer and Director of Cybersecurity to drive cyber initiatives, processes, and standards across the board within the company. On a day to day, this person will be responsible for the re-alignment of the appropriate NIST and ISO standards across the company, identify top risks across the organization, work with the Enterprise and Security Architect team to define "to-be" state of cybersecurity across each of the controls, driving change among their organization's cybersecurity awareness, and communicating with the Board of Directors, Cybersecurity Council and C-level executives on cyber-related updates and program milestones. In addition, this person will help drive projects relating to these standards and controls by working with the organization's PMO and ensure timely delivery and success on those projects. This role will be required to work 3 days/week onsite in Spring, TX.
This role is paying between 78 - 85/hr. depending on experience and education level.

Skills and Requirements
5-10 years of IT Strategic Program Management experience, with the last 2-3+ years focused on driving Cyber Security initiatives and programs
Experience leading enterprise level implementations or realignment to major security controls from a strategic level (i.e. NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27000, CMMC, ITAR)
Experience leading programs of $10-15MM or more
Strong fundamental IT background and career progression into PM/Program Management
Breadth of knowledge with areas outside of cyber including: infrastructure, software/applications, and IT architecture
At least 1+ Cyber Security certification Experience or knowledge of CMMC
GRC/Risk Analysis background
Experience standing up a SOC II program
PMP Certification null
