Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Coord RN (ASC) in Spring, Texas

Responsibilities

Assists the Supervisor/Manager with daily clinical operations of the department, in accordance with established Federal, State, accreditation regulations and Center policies and procedures. Works with nursing management to oversee clinical and nursing activities such as staffing, ensuring that Policy and Procedures are followed, participation in educational activities including infection control and safety plans, orientation, and annual skills assessment. Monitors for proper use of equipment, supplies and controlled drugs, and accurate medical record documentation. Assist the supervisors/managers with departmental scheduling

Salary Range: $ 87,261 - $107,798 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Qualifications

Education

Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)

Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Experience

Required: 3 Years RN in PACU, Pre-OP or Endoscopy

Preferred: RN experience in Pre-Op, Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Emergency Room (ER), Infusion Therapy,

Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital setting

Work Units

Required: Single Unit

Preferred: N/A

License(s)

Required: Texas RN license

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) obtain within 90 days

Preferred: N/A
