SUCCESS ON THE SPECTRUM LLC Behavioral Technician (BT) in Spring, Texas

- At least 2 years of experience working with children in any setting (school, daycare, etc) required.
- Candidates will be working with children with autism.
- Assist with client material creation and preparation.
- Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA.
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session. (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games)
- Record client data into Central Reach program.
- Write detailed SOAP notes.
- Cleaning duties.
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.
- Advancement Opportunities. (RBT Level 1, RBT Level 2, RBT Level 3, RBT Trainer, BCBA Intern, Office Manager)
- BTs collect, organize, and analyze data on client progress and report to Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
- Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB.
- Maintain client privacy by HIPAA laws.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
* *Workweek Details:
- Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:30pm
- Two times per week, work in client's home 4:30pm - 6:30pm
- No Weekends/ 8-hour shifts
- Shift-Varied
