Job Title: Screw Machine Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Screw Machine Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The selected candidate will undergo training on the 1st shift (7am-3pm) to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations. The primary responsibility will be overseeing operators and machinists in the Screw Machine area during the 2nd shift. $28-32/hour.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee operators and machinists in the Screw Machine area on 2nd shift.

  • Ensure smooth operations and productivity in the Screw Machine department.

  • Manage approximately 10 operators in the Screw Machine area.

  • Coordinate with the supervisor of the regular operations area, which includes CNC machines, hydromats, grinders, etc.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years of previous supervisor experience within a manufacturing environment.

  • Previous machine operator experience in a machine shop or manufacturing facility.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Valid driver's license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Supervisory skills.

  • Experience with CNC and production machinery.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
