Job Title: Carpenter Foreman

Pay Rate $25-$30|Spring Glen, PA

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Carpenter Foreman to lead and work alongside a crew of 2-3 people. The successful candidate will not only manage the team but also actively participate in the fieldwork, collaborating effectively with other subcontractors. Reporting directly to the Project Manager/Estimator, this role is pivotal in maintaining the flow and quality of work on site.

Job Details

• This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

• $25-$30 based on experience

• Shift: M-F: 6 - 2:30 PM

• Spring Glen, PA

Qualifications

• Carpentry - framing, rough in, finishing experience, sheet rock experience

• 5+ years of experience running crews (Strongly preferred)

• Minor concrete experience

Nice to haves

• Masonry experience - HUGE Bonus

• Minor plumbing and electrical

Work Environment

The job requires driving to the shop and then to the site. If the site is closer to the foreman's home, direct travel to the site is an option.
