Northwest Farm Credit Services Relationship Manager in Spokane, Washington

We are in search of a Relationship Manager II or Relationship Manager III to join our Specialized Lending department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the SVP Lending and is accountable for providing high quality, profitable and constructive credit and related services to customers. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position is: Relationship Manager II $69,000 - $119,000; bonus at target is 15% of salary. Relationship Manager III $85,000 - $150,000; bonus at target is 20% of salary. Job Requirements Market and sell products, including loans and financially related services, concentrated in the grain marketing, storage and handling and retail farm store/agronomy industries. Provide leadership and direction to assigned account teams by effectively communicating account management and servicing, delegating responsibilities, and clearly defining and measuring expectations. Responsible for growing assigned loan portfolio, business development/prospecting, managing unused commitment levels, ensuring profitability targets are met for assigned portfolio, and communicating appropriate loan pricing information to customers. Analyze customer's business operation, credit profile and lending needs to propose appropriate loan commitments and structures. Complete customer visits and document observations, which require travel to and from customers' offices and facilities, visually inspecting the condition and value of loan collateral, and evaluating the customers' management practices and expected repayment. Review complex credit analysis and submit recommendations to Credit leadership for action; approve loans within delegated authority. Make quality credit decisions to ensure customer service, a high-quality loan portfolio and loan administration; monitor loan performance and service assigned accounts. Service assigned accounts with the objective of providing efficient customer service and maximizing the return on troubled assets through proactive servicing, follow up, and timely coordination with other divisions and portfolio groups. Ensure a high degree of credit administration by developing and implementing sales/servicing plans and coordinating actions with credit analysts and loan specialists. Communicate with other teams and portfolio groups and ensure timely transfers between divisions and portfolio teams to meet customer service needs and organization objectives. Participate in assigned industry teams or industry task forces as needed. Advance industry knowledge and expertise of assigned industry teams. Maintain up to date knowledge regarding news and developments related to cooperative business models, commodity pricing and production agriculture. Assist with the organization of industry specific customer educational events.
