EVI International Project Manager in Spokane, Washington

Job Description: EVI International seeks a qualified Project Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities include: • Project Management & Design: o Plan, execute, and oversee irrigation projects, ensuring all project objectives are met. o Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. o Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion. o Prepare project reports and documentation, such as invoices, bills, contracts, etc. o Coordinate safety meetings, manage safety documents, and ensure they are filled out. Also train & orientate the crew in the jobs and their responsibilities. o Check design for the project to suggest ways of doing the job, also in the field adjust as needed. o Central computer programming: Input data from installation, all sprinkler data, all pipe data & troubleshooting any communication issue. o Create and monitor as built construction drawings. • Fieldwork and machine operation: o Plan & prepare job sites, crew mobilization, lodging, transport, and equipment needed. o Machine operating for machines such as excavators, drillers, tractors, loaders and other equipment necessary. o Fusing HDPE pipe using thermofusion equipment. o Wiring, including troubleshooting and the use of all the high-tech wire tools. and installation of sprinklers to the pipe. o Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and progress, keep track of the daily logs. o Provide on-site supervision and support to ensure project standards are maintained. o Pump station installation and maintenance, includes building, install, and manage the pump stations as needed in project. Perform initial startup and troubleshoot any issues, inspect for proper operation during irrigation cycles and perform any adjustments necessary. o Ability to coordinate the crews on the field and be able to support any activity needed on field. o Be able to coordinate activities on the field, such as moving crews to where they need, make sure everyone is working on the right thing, make sure all the materials needed for the job are ready. • Contract Management and Sales: o Draft and review contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. o Ensure all contracts are comprehensive and comply with company policies and legal requirements. o Join sales meetings & keep in contact with current, past, and possible clients. • Employee Management: o Manage employee timesheets and ensure they are accurate to send to payroll processing. o Coordinate crew members through the site and make sure everything is ready for their arrival at the site. o Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and support as needed. Qualifications: • Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the irrigation or construction industry. • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (as SCRUM and Agile Management). • Great understanding and experience in irrigation projects. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Abilities with technology to be able to manage different types of devices as part of the daily job. • Proficient in project management software and tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required. • Willingness to work in office and on the field as required. The employer will provide on-the-job training in the proper use and maintenance of landscaping power tools and equipment.
