Aston Carter Office Administrator/Receptionist in Spokane, Washington

Description:

Local Spokane wealth management company is looking to add a skilled office administrator/receptionist to their team. This individual is responsible for, but not limited to the following.

• Efficiently field inbound calls and emails

• Maintain calendar and schedule meetings

• Manage emails, letters, packages

• Create and update databases and ensure accurate reposting of financial and personnel information.

• Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures

• Assist with general office tasks as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Customer service attitude

Experience Level:

Entry Level
