Job Title: Lead Installer
Job Description
Supervise and be responsible for teams of HVAC installers installing systems on large commercial new construction buildings.
Responsibilities
Supervise HVAC installation teams.
Oversee installation of HVAC systems in large commercial new construction buildings.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with other construction teams and trades.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Essential Skills
Experience in HVAC installation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication.
Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and duct work.
Experience in construction and carpentry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mech 1 certification.
EPA certification.
06A certification.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00
