Job Title: Lead Installer

Job Description

Supervise and be responsible for teams of HVAC installers installing systems on large commercial new construction buildings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation teams.

• Oversee installation of HVAC systems in large commercial new construction buildings.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

• Coordinate with other construction teams and trades.

• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Essential Skills

• Experience in HVAC installation.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication.

• Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and duct work.

• Experience in construction and carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mech 1 certification.

• EPA certification.

• 06A certification.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00
