Required Skills
HVAC Systems Knowledge: A deep understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including their components, operation, and maintenance.
Electrical Knowledge: Proficiency in electrical wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting electrical issues within HVAC systems.
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills for working with various tools, equipment, and system components.
Plumbing Knowledge: Basic plumbing skills for tasks like pipe fitting and leak detection.
Refrigeration Knowledge: Understanding of refrigeration systems, including refrigerant handling and charging.
Diagnostic Skills: Ability to accurately identify and diagnose system malfunctions.
Troubleshooting Skills: Effective problem-solving techniques to pinpoint and resolve issues.
Repair and Installation Skills: Proficiency in repairing and installing HVAC components and systems.
Code Compliance: Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
Must possess current driver’s license and maintain satisfactory driving record
Pay Scale:
Starting at $44.00 an hour.
