Northwest Farm Credit Services Digital Learning Designer in Spokane, Washington

We are in search of a Digital Learning Designer II or Digital Learning Designer III to join our Learning and Development department in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the VP, Learning Operations and designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates the effectiveness of digital learning material and is responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS). This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule and one-time home office stipend after initial training period. Compensation Information The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is: Level II: $63,000 - $95,000; bonus at target is 10% of salary. Level III: $76,000 - $119,000; bonus at target is 12% of salary. Job Requirements Design and build digital learning resources, including eLearning, video, audio, job aids, infographics and system-integrated support. Apply learner-centric and design thinking concepts to align with the organization's Learning and Development (L&D) strategy and achieve business goals. Manage the digital learning development process from planning to deployment. Administer the LMS, including user record management, course creation and maintenance, assignments, technical support and reporting. Provide continuous improvement of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) based on feedback and metrics. Implement new features and enhancements as appropriate. Create and edit audio, video, voice-over and other media for digital learning. Stay up to date and knowledgeable in emerging leading practices of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and other L&D systems and technologies. Lead and manage digital learning projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions with time and budget considerations. Collaborate with other L&D team members and stakeholders across the organization to identify learning objectives and recommend optimal digital learning strategies and tools. Ensure all learning content in assigned areas remains up-to-date and aligned with established standards and content governance processes. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Generally, requires a bachelor's degree with five years' related experience in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Digital Learning Technology, or Adult Education/Learning Theory, or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrated experience collaborating with business unit leads and internal stakeholders to create innovative and engaging learning experiences Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design to create digital learning experiences, preferably in a corporate environment Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a diverse audience Fundamental project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects Ability to effectively partner, influence and collaborate Preferred Requiremen
